The Future of Scraping.
As the world’s leading scraping automation company, our goal is to make scraping simple, accessible, and sustainable for all machine manufacturers, refurbishing workshops, and companies with an in-house maintenance team.
Unmatched quality
Our contactless laser technology allows machining to a precision of up to 1 micron with consistent quality.
Unlimited capacity
Automation eliminates labour shortages and unnecessary machine downtime, allowing unlimited capacity.
Increased efficiency
With mechanisation, more work can be done in the same amount of time, resulting in more revenue for the same cost.
Learn how it all started and where we are today.
End of the 19th century
Hand scraping was developed to enable the creation of high performance and high precision machinery.
1919
The BIAX power scraper was invented, which was able to increase the speed of the scraping process by up to 70%, but still meant manual machining.
2021
Scraping Robotics started developing the prototype of an automated scraping system for nuclear power plants. Based on industry feedback, the creation of a more widely applicable industrial product has started in the same year.
